The SLP program is administered by the Department of General Services (DGS), Procurement Division. The SLP agreements are established to reduce the need for individual departments (State and Local government) to conduct repetitive acquisitions for proprietary software licenses and software upgrades while taking advantage of the large volume discounts offered by the software publishers.

Protect the Security and Privacy of Your Data: xAQUA^® Unified Data Platform (UDP 2.0) has integrated Risk Based Security and Privacy Framework in compliance with various security standards such as NIST SP800-53, NIST SP800-63, and FIPS-140-2. The UDP has granular level access control and auditing capabilities by using industry standard tools and technologies that support access controls at the data element level, as well as any derived views. The Role based access controls (RBAC) supports both groups of users as well as organizations, and each organization will only be able to access their data by source. This is enabled by our data lineage capability, tracking the source to the organization, resulting in granular level data controls. The Data as a Service (DaaS) APIs are protected through end point security and our data-at-rest encryption security controls protects the security and privacy of data at rest.

This will tremendously help California Government Agencies looking for Data Solutions to solve their specific data challenges and easy access to xAQUA UDP 2.0. The SLP provides the listing of all our product offerings and services including the product cost, training offerings and installation, implementation costs. It also lists the resellers through which the agencies may procure our products and services.

State departments shall conduct an analysis and use their own due diligence prior to procuring implementation services to determine if the services provided offer the most cost-effective solution to meet their business needs and security requirements.

The State Departments can solicit a minimum of 3 contractors, obtain offers and award purchase orders based upon lowest cost or best value as determined by the needs of the individual department.

The SLP listing enables our resellers and potential government customers to connect, plan and acquire our solution platform with ease at a discounted price.

The SLP contract will allow government agencies to purchase of the UDP software, software maintenance and other services through the Department of General Services (DGS) on Cal-eprocure by entering xFusion Software in the Contract Description field.
